How does the whole process work?
The way I work is simple. In most cases, once we start, I will send over a few questions so I can understand you and the points you want to highlight to your readers. From that I will write-up a unique and custom piece for you.
How do you know what questions to ask?
I have been doing this for years, and these questions, although sometimes standard, remain tried and true and enable me to get all the necessary information to complete your project.
Are you a mind-reader?
Writers are not mind-readers (wish I were though- wouldn’t that be fun), so when I ask about your project, you need to expand enough so that I know exactly what you want to say. The way I work enables my motto to come alive. This in-turn also alleviates any mis-communication. You hire me as a professional writer with my knowledge and expertise to write words that will make you stand out and look great- that is my job and that is what I will do.
So what are your qualifications?

Do you write school papers, artist bios, auto-biographical books or poetry?
No I don’t. Things like these are personal and need to be written by you. With that said, I do write non-fiction books for most all genres.
So what if I don’t like what you wrote?
Once the job is completed, and as per my terms and conditions, I will gladly make additions to your piece as I know many of times we all forget something we want to be included, or just want to emphasize a certain point more. My questions and my expertise have always provided my clients with satisfaction in the final piece. Rarely do we have to make changes. I am great at hitting the nail on the head the first time around!
If I don't use your work do I still have to pay for it?
Are you serious? Yes, of course. And yes, I really do get asked this every once in a blue moon!
Let's think about it this way.... You buy a car from your local dealer, but then decide not to use it... you still have to pay them right? Yep! Whether you use the work I have done is completely up to you. The fact is, you are paying for my creative ability, and my time and that payment is still due!
What about payment?
Well, basically to get started, I require a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining balance is due within 24hrs from when I send you the file. Paying the deposit is what gets you placed in my calendar. I always invoice thru paypal. This provides both you and me with a receipt and invoice for our records. I accept payment via paypal thru debit/credit or e-check. And don’t worry if you don't already have a paypal account- you don't need one to make a payment! Business Plans when on special are charged at full rate up front. Certain other projects are rated and paid for differently- so please ask upfront!
I never pay my bills. How are you gonna make me pay?
Well I generally never have this problem, but I don't have time to chase non- payers. I will simply hand your overdue account over to a debt collection agency after 7 days of non- payment.

It really depends on the project, the situation, and the client. True emergencies I can usually work in and get done for you quickly. If you want your project done by a certain date, do not wait around - contact me and get on my schedule.

Absolutely! I work with clients all over the world via email and phone. There will be no problem even if you are in Timbuktu or The North Pole!

What are your hours?
Well as a freelancer- I make my own. Most business days, you can usually reach me from 10am-6pm EST on the phone and thru the online chat anytime it shows I am online. As for weekends, I do not do any writing work... but you can sometimes reach me - give it a try! Also I check my emails all day! I usually see them right when they get in my inbox!
How long will it take for my project to be completed?
It all depends on what you need done. The deposit you pay is what gets you on my calendar- so let me know if you are on a deadline. Generally as a rule of thumb, less than a week; unless of course we are editing a book or writing a 100 page website!
How long is a standard web page?
Generally between 200-400 words. You want to make the copy compelling yet engaging for any reader and add a lot of POP to it! You only have a few seconds to catch their interest, don't give them too many boring words.

It depends on what you project is! In many cases, I can complete a project for you ASAP; sometimes same day as well. Email me!

Just as you won’t know which horse will win the race until they cross the line… I have no way of knowing. There are simply too many variables that will affect customer response. I can guarantee that I will give you my all because your business is my business.

How expensive are your services?
Not as expensive as you think! I tend to work with the small to middle size businesses and clients that just need a job done here and there. My rates are competitive and won't break the bank. When you want a job done ‘write’ – email me!
So, what are your prices?
1 million dollars! No, just kidding! Each project varies in price. I do not charge per hour, but rather by project which saves you money and does not leave you wondering what the final price will be. When we discuss a project, I give you a price that is a flat fee.
